It explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data through bracedtogrow.com (the "Website") and the Braced To Grow Wear Time app platform (the "App"), together, the "Services". This Privacy Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use — using the Services means you agree to both.
1.1 When you submit personal data to us — through the Website's enquiry form, or by setting up an App account — you do so by ticking the consent checkbox provided at the point of submission. You are not required to provide personal data to us, although if you choose not to, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry, help make an appointment, or provide the App.
1.2 The personal data you provide to us through the Website is collected and used for: responding to your enquiry; scheduling or coordinating an appointment; statistical analysis to understand how people use our Website; and, only if you separately opt in, sending you information about our services.
1.3 Through the App, we collect your email address to provide you access, brace wear-time and temperature. This data is used to monitor brace wear and is shared with the patient's care team for that purpose.
1.4 We may anonymise or aggregate data collected through the Services such that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify specific individuals. We may use such anonymised or aggregated data to improve our Services, for research purposes, and for publication in scientific, medical, or academic literature. Anonymised or aggregated data is no longer Personal Data and is not subject to the other provisions of this Policy.
1.5 We may also collect technical information whenever you visit our Website or use the App. This may include information about the way users arrive at, browse through and interact with the Services. We collect this type of technical information through cookies and similar tools. If you want to disable cookies on the Website, you may do so by changing your browser settings, though some functions may not work if you do.
Generally, we do not disclose personal data to third parties for them to use for their own purposes. Circumstances where we may do this include:
Personal data you provide to us may be stored on the secure servers of our service providers, which may be located outside Singapore.
